The Association of Professional Researchers for Advancement (APRA) of Greater New York is the local chapter of the International Association of Professional Researchers for Advancement.

The goals of this organization are to facilitate education about research, to act as a central source of information about prospect research, to encourage professional development among the members and to advance cooperative relationships in the field. As fundraising professionals, we seek to advance the strategic goals of diverse nonprofit organizations seeking philanthropic support.
