Residential Real Estate
Presentation
Speaker: Deborah L.
Drucker
Date:
Tuesday, December 8,
2009 Time:
6:00-7:30 p.m.
Location:
Community Resource Exchange, 42 Broadway, 20th Floor
Residential real estate is still the number one most
commonly held asset,
but locating, interpreting, and analyzing information on New York City
real
estate presents particular challenges to prospect researchers. The
prevalence of co-op ownership, as well as the Byzantine nature of real
property assessment in the Big Apple, present unique difficulties. In
this
presentation, Deborah Drucker will walk you through the process of
finding
New York City real estate information and help you understand how to
value a
co-op property and how to use the New York City real estate wealth
indicator
for evaluating a prospect's wealth.
Deborah L. Drucker is Director of Research at the Central Park
Conservancy,
which manages and maintains 843 acres of prime Manhattan real estate.
She is
a former board member and president of APRA of Greater New York, a
current
board member of ShareTraining, and a regular speaker for the New York
chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals. Deborah was
previously Research Manager for The Cooper Union.
